Jossh Palm is a Civil Engineer with over 10 years of transportation experience including: utility coordination, pavement design, roadway design, ADA compliance and railroad maintenance & construction. Jossh is a graduate of Missouri University of Science & Technology (MS&T, fka UMR, MSM) with a B.S. in architectural engineering and a B.S. in civil engineering. She is a registered professional engineer in the State of Indiana.
Jossh has been a member of the WTS Indianapolis Chapter for 9 years. While a member of the WTS Indianapolis Chapter she created the Swings for Scholarship event, assisted on the programs committee, communications committee, and been a member of the chapter's Board of Advisors since 2019. Jossh is always open to ideas to help grow the Indianapolis chapter through partnerships and programs in Indiana to advance women in the transportation industry.
