Jossh Palm is a Civil Engineer for WSP USA, in Indianapolis, IN. Jossh has 9 years of transportation experience including: utility coordination, pavement design, roadway design, ADA compliance and railroad maintenance & construction. Jossh is a graduate of Missouri University of Science & Technology (MS&T, fka UMR, MSM) with a B.S. in architectural engineering and a B.S. in civil engineering. She is a registered professional engineer in the State of Indiana.
Jossh has been a member of the WTS Indianapolis Chapter for 8 years. While a member of the WTS Indianapolis Chapter she created the Swings for Scholarship event, assisted on the programs committee, communications committee, and been a member of the chapter's Board of Advisors since 2019. Jossh is an active volunteer on the WTS International ED&I Committee and continues her effort to successfully grow the Indianapolis chapter through partnerships in Indiana to advance women in the transportation industry.
